Information We Collect
Calendar Data
With your permission, we access your device's calendar to display your events as checklist items. This data is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account.
Audio Recordings & Transcripts
When you use the meeting recording feature, audio is processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework to create text transcripts. Audio recordings are not stored or transmitted to our servers.
AI Summary Data
If you choose to generate AI summaries, your meeting transcripts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. This data is transmitted securely and is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy and data usage terms. We do not store your transcripts on our servers.
Subscription Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.

Third-Party Services
Apple Services

OpenAI
When you request an AI summary, your transcript text is sent to OpenAI's API. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy and API data usage policies. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device and iCloud account until you delete it. You can delete all app data at any time through the Settings menu. When you delete data, it is removed from your device and iCloud sync.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the app
- Delete your data at any time through app settings
- Revoke calendar and microphone permissions
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Request information about your data by contacting us
Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
International Data Transfers
When you use the AI summary feature, your transcript data may be processed by OpenAI in the United States or other countries. By using this feature, you consent to this transfer. iCloud data is stored according to Apple's data center locations and policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
